Woodland Meadow Celebration Pavilion Combo
Featuring stunning views of the pond and fountain, this is our largest venue option for couples expecting more than 250 guests. Rent a tent and place it in our sprawling meadow, use Celebration Pavilion as a spacious dance floor, or have your ceremony in the Rose Garden and use the meadow/ pavilion for your reception…the possibilities are endless!

Celebration Pavilion – Reception Only
Featuring stunning views of Lake Lucerne and its color-changing fountain, Celebration Pavilion is centrally located and is our most popular reception venue, accommodating up to 250 guests. It is also the only venue that can accommodate food trucks.
Select this option if booking a reception only. Ceremony + reception combo options are available for booking in conjunction with our ceremony venues: Symphony Garden, Romanian Garden, Chinese Bridge, Rose Garden, Gazebo Island, Scotland Garden, Tea House Garden, Norway Garden, and Woodland Meadow.

Featuring our stunning reflection pool and fountains, Symphony Garden boasts a wide variety of plant species and is among our most popular event venues.

Ceremonies:

Receptions:
- Assistance of our Wedding Coordinator for entire event
- 3 hours of venue rental (additional hours are $300/hour)
Reservation requirements:
- A non-refundable Date Agreement Fee of $250 is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reserved venue. A $200 damage deposit is required 30 days prior to your event. Damage deposit is refunded if no damage is observed.
- The venue rental fee must be paid in full 180 days prior to the date of your event.
- A damage deposit is due 30 days prior to the date of your event.
Milestone Brick
Remember your special day with a complimentary Milestone Brick placed in our Symphony Garden fountain terrace. Your Milestone Brick inscription can consist of three lines of text, with a maximum of 16 characters each line.

Ashley Neil
Planning your special day can quickly become overwhelming – we can help. More than 65 couples choose to tie the knot at The Gardens each year. As a result, we have a lot of experience helping couples customize their ceremony and reception experience; but beyond that, we also partner with each couple to help them navigate how to create the most perfect wedding experience. That’s where our Ashley shines.
A La Porte native, Ashley’s love of wedding and event coordination began at the age of 10 when her father returned home from a business trip with a wedding magazine. Ashley recalls pouring over that magazine from cover to cover countless times and cites it as the origin of her passion for creating amazing wedding experiences.
Since 2014, Ashley has dedicated her professional life to shaping memorable and compelling experiences through events; the majority of which have been weddings. She holds a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from Indiana University.
Beyond helping to shape your perfect day, Ashley will also match you up with highly regarded wedding professionals, from catering to entertainment and everything in between, throughout the Chicagoland area who augment our incredible venues to make your special day even more memorable.
When she’s not fulfilling her dream job, Ashley loves exploring Northwest Indiana in search of novel restaurants and craft breweries that serve as inspiration for creations in her own kitchen, typically while jamming out to music from artists like Fleetwood Mac and Eminem.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the fees needed to book an event?
We require a non-refundable Agreement Fee, Venue Fee and a refundable Damage Deposit
What payment options do you accept?
You can pay your deposit and any payments toward your Venue Fee via credit card through our website, by cash, check or credit card in our cabin (during open season May – October) or simply mail us a check.
Can I book a tour to come see the venue before I book?
Absolutely! We highly recommend booking a tour with our Wedding Coordinator before making your decision.
Can I use outside vendors?
Absolutely, you are able to use whatever vendors you’d like. Of course, we have a preferred vendors list if you need suggestions.
How can my elderly guests get down to my venue?
We offer golf cart transportation to and from your venue locations for anyone who needs or wants a little help getting around. The bride and groom assume all liability for guests on golf carts
Can I decorate the day before my wedding?
– No, you will have access to The Gardens at 9:00 AM CDT, the day of your event.
Is a rehearsal included with a ceremony?
Yes, a one hour rehearsal window is included with your ceremony venue booking.
Does the Agreement Fee go towards the Venue Fee?
No, the Agreement Fee is separate and is non-refundable.
When is my balance due?
Your deposit is due when you book a date with us. The Venue Fee must be paid in full 180 days in advance of your event date.
Can I have alcohol at my reception?
Of course! We just need the proper documentation in place and a police officer present. You can add bar service to your event from our rental add-ons page after booking your special day. Our Wedding Coordinator can also help you with this. Bottoms up!
Do you have somewhere I can use to make last minute preparations before my ceremony?
You can use our VIP Cabin to get ready in and stay hidden from your guests.
Do you have restrooms at the venues?
There are two restrooms located on the Symphony Garden side of the property and there are porta potties available on the Celebration Pavillion side of the property. We’re happy to provide golf cart transportation to and from restrooms.
Do you have any packages for smaller guest counts (25 or less)?
Yes! Please contact our Wedding Coordinator for special pricing for smaller guest counts.
