Fitness Garden

Each station offers a unique workout experience for beginners and advanced users alike, combining elements such as muscle/core strength and balance/flexibility.
The beautiful and natural environment at Friendship Botanic Gardens provides an abundance of opportunities to improve the mind, body, and spirit. The Fitness Garden, along with the hiking trails, allows visitors to form healthy habits that improve overall wellness.
The HFL Fitness Garden sits on the edge of the Cleveland Cliff’s Children’s Garden and overlooks Trail Creek and the Celebration Pavilion across the sprawling Celebration Meadow. Fitness Garden users assume all risk and responsibility for use of the exercise equipment and must be at least 14 years old to use this equipment.
